Oracle Designer 6i and PL/SQL Development

Hi there,

I got a small question concerning Oracle Designer 6i and PL/SQL Development:

Is there a way to develop PL/SQL Procedures using Designer 6i or do you only use it for PL/SQL definitions?

I would like to develop PL/SQL using repository features, but this Designer->PL/SQL-Definitions->Edit Logic window is really awfull, if you know what i mean :-))
