Hans,

[Quoted]     Despite all attempts, I'm unable to use OEM. Further, I cannot find any documentation to guide through all the steps to install and troubleshoot the tool. Does such documentation exist?

In the hope this is a simple problem you'll recognize, I'll offer this: When I seek to start OEM, it tells me it cannot find my management server. When I try to start the Management Server service (through Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services) , it doesn't start and Win2K tells me the service does not return an error code.

    I'm using Oracle 8.1.7.

        Many thanks,

        . . . Garry
