• The PM should clearly have M&A Integration PM in their resume. More than one would be helpful. Understand M&A terminology e.g. Day 1 (Close) and Day 2 (Complete Integration activities within scope). Worked on Day 1 activities like AD account creation, email migration, skype migration, accessing computing resources through VPN as a strategy, understanding of common integration strategies for a M&A. Resume must show these highlighted.
