• Onshore lead
o Strong lead/coordination
o Most development done off-shore, but will likely also need to do some work
o Set stage for offshore team every night
o Takes features from PO and relays to off shore
o Review code
o Sometimes work directly with business on complex requirements
o FI/CO heavy would be ideal
• MM (materials management), SD (sales & delivery), PP (Production Planning), FI/CO
