Yes, from experience with the 8.0, 8.1, and 9.2 Oracle clients installed on Windows the client includes (optional install) the exp, imp, and sqlldr utilities. you can export from, import to, or load data to remote Oracles from the PC providing you set up the necessary Oranet connect information and providing that you have access to Oracle username's with the necessary database privileges.
