For sure, it works on W2K Pro - done it MANY times.  Are you following
the instructions in the installation manual or are you using 'insert CD
and run' method.



Do you have admin priv.  IOW, are you permitted to install s/w? are you
permitted to update registry?



What is the exact message from the installer?



Are you trying this on XP Home or XP Pro?
