I agree. I used the phrase 'no advantages at all' to make a point, but you're right that it's an exaggeration.

The lack of ambiguity about which is the operative configuration file is really a huge plus, and shouldn't be over-looked.

But I phrased my hyperbole with the 'makes things dynamic' and 'can configure more than one instance' claims in mind. I should have put it more carefully.
