Server Manager in Oracle9i

I have upgraded my Oracle 8.1.7 on RedHat 7.0 to Oracle 9.0.1 and found
that there is no Server Manager.



Is there any reason why Oracle desupport Sever Manager in Oracle9i which I
used the connect internal command before.
