Just a quick throwaway - isn't 471 raised by a failing DBWR, or have the
numbers drifted between versions (I'm looking at 19.11). Why has the focus
been on lgwr?
Is there a dbwr trace with more information?
Also, is this 12c version 12.1 or 12.2 - the older version was a little unstable in all sorts of ways, and there may be some information about reasons for dbwr failing available on MOS>
