Trying RAC Attack w/ 19c....

I'm trying to do a RAC Attack build on my laptop, and I'm running into a problem with the bind setup. Bind is not exactly my strong suit so, any help would be appreciated.
I do this:
[root_at_localhost ~]# systemctl start named.service
and i get this:

and when I do:

I get:

I suspect the problem is here:

But I'm not sure what to do next. Any helpful thoughts and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
