Anyone running EM13 with hybrid cloud?

Hey all,
Is anyone (else) running EM13.5 with a hybrid cloud connection? While I have it finally running, the documentation seems...incomplete. Firewall requirements are not what is documented and now I've discovered an OCI agent requirement for a process called "fproxy" that is also suspiciously not documented.
Since the hybrid cloud management section of the install/config guide appears to have not made it to the 13.5 docs, I'm guessing EM hybrid single pane of glass is not the way to go.
Thoughts, anyone?
