Re: catcdb.sql fails with ORA-12269: client uses weak encryption/crypto-checksumming version

A 10079 trace may be useful

First set 10046 to create the trace file, then 10079, with level 1 for network ops.

          level 2 - in addition to level 1, dump data
          level 4 - trace network ops to/from dblink
          level 8 - in addition to level 4, dump data

I haven't tried this in a couple years, but when I did, the 10046 event was necessary to create the tracefile.
