My Oracle Support - account deleted?

Just wondering if anyone else has had their MOS account deleted?
I have an account for my own company, and one or two for previous contracts which I no longer use as I'm not contracted there any more.
My own account appears to have been deleted, I know 100% that I've got the correct login and password (it's in a vault) but I just get a redirect to the login page when I try to use it.
I admit to not having used this account for a while, so maybe Oracle have "aged it out of the cache" but I wasn't aware of any time limits on using my account.
