Nope. However, you can have multiple sessions from SQL*Developer. One session in each tab. Those sessions do not have even be with the same database. And you can even do cut and paste between tabs if you have SQL*Developer EE. You can also have multiple Oracle sessions from Emacs. Emacs is a beautiful little operating system, disguised as an editor.
