Semi-OT: We have approval to add 2 new DBAs

I know Mark Bobak has said in the past it was ok to post open positions as long as we didn't overwhelm the list so here's my entry.
We have recently gotten approval to add a Sr. Oracle DBA to our group. There are pros and cons so message me off-list for details if interested.
It is an exciting place - lots of changes coming including Exadata hardware but with its own distinct challenges. You won't be bored and will be pushed to think outside the box.
All dbs are 12.1.0.2 at a minimum. No RAC yet but is coming with Exadata.
Team is currently 2.5 DBAs and we're looking for both a strong systems guy and another strong App type DBA who is strong in standard pl/sql and sql tuning and enjoys working with developer and devops. Again, more details off-list as this is already getting a bit long-winded.
Job is local to Boca Raton, FL and 100% telecommute is an option. I work from Nashville, TN area.
