The message comes from the remote database; I would start looking there.

All -
I am refreshing a materialized view and occasionally receive the below error. Should I be looking at the local database rollback segment or the remote databases rollback segment? As I don't believe anything is running locally it must be on the remote database, but wanted to verify before I start trying to tune/fix the issue in the wrong database.
