You should be able to click on Historical in the View Data drop-down box in the top-right corner of the Top Activity page and from there you can go back as far as your AWR allows.

My off-the-top-of-my-head gripes with OEM 10gR1 *DB Control* so far:

• Can't see Top SQL from more than 1 hour ago via the web interface (must manually use DBA_HIST views).
