99.5% of all Critical Patch Updates are total planned outages is more like it.

Oracle field tried to use the fictional "rooling upgrade" as a smoking gun for not using a shared Oracle Home...this in spite of the fact that Tru64 and Sequent customers had been doing it for eons...
