Regardless of whether or not it works, download it and the other tools like ntregmon, prcvire, and the almighty FileMonitor. No installs, no DLLs, no uninstall crap. Just extract and run the .exe. Excellent debugging tools.

If nothing else helps, download procexp or filemon from www.sysinternals.com and see which files are open by oracle.exe
