If you have access to a spare pc you're better off running OpenBSD as your firewall/router and leaving your Windoze pc behind the firewall.

I have a Dell 8200 with XP Prof. SP1.  

I would like recommendations as to a good firewall for this machine. XP has a firewall but it is not the greatest.
