Oracle-L: SQLPLUS with cronjob is giving problem

Hi List

I am trying to automate "Number of Oracle Connections" using cronjob.

$ crontab -l
0 8 * * *
/export/home/oracle/scripts/dba/.Schedulejobs/xyz_conn_monitor.sh
> /tmp/xyz_conn_monitor.lst 2>&1

$ cat xyz_conn_monitor.sh
/u02/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/bin/sqlplus user1/welcome1_at_xyz
@/export/home/oracle/scripts/dba/.Schedulejobs/xyz_conn_monitor.sql

$ cat xyz_conn_monitor.lst
Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found
Error 6 initializing SQL*Plus

But if run
/export/home/oracle/scripts/dba/.Schedulejobs/xyz_conn_monitor.sh in unix $ prompt, it is running fine.

Could someone help me to resolve the same?
