CA is also a 4 letter word around here also. The support is very poor and
they have so much big company
paperwork/politic issues it is tough to get anything from them. I have been
waiting for months to get product upgrades.
Sign this, fill out this, call here, go there. We finally dropped a number
of their products.
Our sales rep turn over is heavy, so it seems you have to start over
everytime a new rep shows up.
And of course their new pricing structure has gone thru the roof...
