Upgrade Peoplesoft 7.5 to Peoplesoft 8

Hi All,

Our peoplesoft development people want to start an upgrade of peoplesoft from version 7.5 to version 8. This also means an oracle upgrade from 8.0.5 to 8.1.7.Anybody on this list who has gone through this want to share their experience?

What should we specifically watch out for.?
What is the order of things to do.?
Any things that need to be tested specifically.?
What new features of Oracle 8.1.7 are being used by PS version 8.?
