Server Disk Configuration:
Make sure that Disk 4, 5 and 6 are on their own separate controller.

SAN configuration:
Make sure that Disk 7,8,9 and 10 are on their own separate controller.

on Disk 5 and 6 where do the members of the group log files sit/reside?

Other than that (besides the NT part), it looks pretty good to me.
