- What problem are you trying to solve? Performance problems. A previous performance person randomly set some parameters, and i am checking if they are correct. One of the init's is this cost_adj
- What version of Oracle RDBMS do you work on? Oracle 9.2.05
- What platform? Unix AIX5.3
