Remedy, if the shop that is/was still using these old versions of Oracle software purchased it the original media should still be around. Version 7.1.6 was on CD. Have someone look for those CD's.
Also the software CD's may have been copied to the shops LAN. I would search it.
To do the install it is possible the software was copied to the server instead of being ran off CD in which case looking at what is on the oldest backups still available may be worthwhile.
