EM reports error "tail +2" in $OH/sysman/admin/scripts/osCpuUsage.pl

There was an error message in the EM said that cannot open "tail +2" in line 33 of $OH/sysman/admin/scripts/osCpuUsage.pl".

I find that "tail +2" is not supported in linux RHEL5 but can work in AIX. Is there any way to fix it because there are so many perl scripts used "tail +"?
