Posting the same question more than once is one thing you're doing wrong. Such behaviour won't get you any faster response.
How, exactly, did you create this job class? Did you grant EXECUTE on this new job class to the users creating jobs using it? Much more detail is necessary before anyone can truly tell you what may be wrong.
