Maybe not, which is a prime reason why he shouldn't be posting such blog entries in the first place. However, from the 'toilet bowl' echochamber  videos he and his 'crew' produce it certainly would appear he does understand the concept and has a fairly decent grasp of the English language (although not necessarily the same level of comprehension with respect to Oracle). All the more reason for he and his minions to stop this nonsense.

The truly appalling aspect of this is that he charges for these Bmovie  quality productions, and projects the image that he and his lackeys know what they are doing.
