ALL of the DATAFILES for the database you want to CLONE. Also the init.ora file for that database (or the spfile if that's what you're using) AND the script you created to recreate the controlfile.
The more you write the more you should simply create a new database on the destination server, use exp to extract the data and objects from the source then use imp to put those into the new database. Obviously cloning a database is too difficult a task for a DBA with apparently less than 6 months experience.
