Thank you for the very fast and clear answer, Daniel, (I have seen your
photo on internet)
We are doing the job, and making a reinstall manual, so the customer prefers
reinstalling a 5-click application (10.2.0.2) on windows rather then adding
the complexity of the update procedure to 10.2.0.3 (grid + db update) or the
10.2.0.3 grid install on linux.
So if they will not loose so much regarding monitoring and administering we
would keep the 10.2.0.2 grid with his 10.1 database.
