Ok, I'm sorry, I have Oracle 10g, 10.2.0.1 and the error number is :

Java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:ORA-12519, TNS:no appropriate service handler found

The problem occurs every days over 10:00 a.m , I think that I haven't got any process at this time. If I start the service Listener all days I havn't got this problem
