I wrote a script to check the problem. It shows a list with all tables thas *has* rows and a primary key *but* 0 in the corresponding user_indexes.distinct_keys field.
In the "offended" site there are nearly ten tables in this situation. I checked other customers of us that have the 9206 version. So far I haven't found this problem on the linux platform. Still have to check other with win32.
I opened a tar about this.
