Thank you for your help. I will try to clarify:

• the ideal situation would be for me to have a developer tool (or something) to create the classes easily

and

• then deploy them to a sun application server

Any ideas? I read the oracle manuals and found a command line something which would be able to generate classes for me after pointing it to a pl/sql package for example. I do not know if the resulting classes can only be deployed into an oc4j container or can be deployed into any j2ee container.
