Your Oracle server crashed and the core file size for the oracle processes is set to 0.
If your core file size were unlimited, you would have core dumps in these directories.
The core file size can be changed with 'ulimit'; for instructions how to use it on your platform and how to change your system so that different limits apply to your oracle processes, consult the Oracle installation documentation for your operating system.
