Why on Earth do you KEEP on asking questions here about things you should ask on the site where you read the original scripts?!
For starters, who told you to change LISTNER to LISTENER? It wasn't me: I just happened to remark on the stupidness of the spelling. All you are required to do in 10g-ish installations is change the hardcoded ORACLE_HOME_LISTNER=/ade/vikrkuma_new/oracle to ORACLE_HOME_LISTNER=/oracle/10g ...as it tells you in the original article.
