hows that? i dont believe in quoting entire threads endlessly; quoting should be limited & concise.
further, the circumstances are exactly what ive stated -- i have 20,000 product rows, w/ varying levels of hierarchies. i want to do a name-based search to get a subset of them, but i want it to list all of the returned rows' descendants too. one doesnt need to see all the past posts to respond to that notion, especially since nothing else has worked.
