If you are asking if you can export a table, and then reload it into a different schema -- the answer is YES. Look at the import command TOUSER parameter. If your FROMUSER and TOUSER are different (and valid) you can migrate a table this way.

FYI IMPORT and EXPORT are deprecated, so look at data pump as a possible replacement if you are on a version that supports data pump.
