listener security

10.2.0.2 aix5l ent edition

I'm looking at enabling a password for our listeners and I've found how to enable it, but I see nothing on how to turn it off. how do you disable listener security?

also, if I have multiple listeners on a machine and I type >lsnrctl to open the listener control utility, for which listener are you using this? all of them?
