So? I used to do that manually (alter about every script that remotely did 'create user') since 8.0.
Making sure all these nice (sub-)systems like Context and statspack ended up in a tablespace where they belonged: anywhere outside of SYSTEM, where Oracle put them by default, in spite of every manual advocating not to do so.
OK - So finally Oracle realized it should handle the issue, and it creates SYSAUX. BTDT,BTTS.
In the days, I did this manually, stuff would end up in TOOLS, UTILS, or even USERS - whatever the name of the tablespace was. There's nothing against putting objects of ordinary users in TOOLS, UTILS, or USERS, too.
So, why would there be problem in loading objects into SYSAUX?
