That is EXACTLY what Oracle is NOT (I REPEAT: NOT) saying.



Oracle SAYS:


THE DATABASE CHARACTERSET SHOULD BE THE SAME AS THE CHARACTERSET OF

THE O/S.


WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THAT?
