Ours is one of those. Very small shop. Two guys with the SA title.
Between them we barely have one real SA. Two guys with the DBA title
- myself and my junior who is very sharp but but very limited in DBA
exprience. The boss wants the DBAs to have root access but expects us
to use it with due caution.
