Oracle database patchset 9.2.0.8 silent installation

Hi,



I am trying to apply Oracle database patch 9.2.0.8 on top of our
9.2.0.5 .



I have created response file and tried intallaing. But it gives the
following error.



Error:*** Alert: An Oracle Home with name OUIHome already exists at
location /oravl01/oracle/9.2.0.5. Please specify another name for
$ORACLE_HOME. ***


Do I have to give new ORACLE_HOME for this..?



Please suggest.
