ora-03120 during import

I am trying to import a file that was sent to me by our vendor.  I am
getting a "ORA-03120: two-task conversion routine: integer overflow"
error.



I am using 9.2.0.8 and so is the vendor.



One difference is that the export was done on a windows server and
mine is solaris.



Any ideas?
