Being a noob is a silly excuse for your refusal to read any
documentation.
I don't know why anyone should go easy on you, because you are clearly
to lazy to resolve anything yourself. Your previous threads had
demonstrated this very clearly.
Environment variables are set using oraenv. Oraenv is documented.
