Reading this theat i just can apologise.

group by ?? good try already did that!!
Problem is , i need to return 7 others columns from that query filtering only from the cod that must be unique and the date that can be different even null. I also did the alias trick but i does not work either.
thanks Mladen i quiet doubt that is basic sql but i am not going to enter into this, i did search before asking.
