Hello,



I have spun up Oracle Developer 1.1.3 connected to an Oracle 9i and
mysql 5.0 db.


carried out an xml export of a table from mysql and I cannot read the
output because of the encoding.


"System does not support the specified encoding
..


<?xml version='1.0'  encoding='Cp1252' ?>



Oh dear. How can I change the encoding to say UTF-8?
