WTF, if you change the DATABASE, I sure as HELL hope you change the scripts.. You don't run the same scripts in SQL Server databases that you do in a friggin Oracle database... That is why the have specialty languages built into them like pl/sql and t-sql...

Sounds like you and your company will be very happy using generic tools,w hen you could increase the productivity by just using the BEST tool for the job...
