Oracle 9i Partitioning

The Oracle 9i version I have installed on my  home computer doesn't appear
to have the partitioning functionality on it and I'd like to put it on.  I
think I remembered reading somewhere about an install script that would
provide me with that capability if I ran it but I can't remember the same of
the script.



Would anybody happen to know it's name offhand?
