Hi,


I try to connect to oracle oem, but getting error,


   "The page cannot be displayed"


I am not getting what to do because all services are up. I restarted
them so times, but still I am unable to connect to oem. Please help.



Oracle : 10.1.0.2.0


Platform : Windows XP SP2
